Vision tests are completed by the keystone screening process which checks
- far vision
- night vision
- intermediate distance vision
detailing results and this service consists of:
- medical consent completion
- photo identification viewed
- vision questionaire
- vision screen test
- result is discussed with client and employer is notified
*clients who wear glasses are asked to bring them
